I read somewhere that it can spawn at 3 vendors i.e. watoga station, watoga shopping mall vendor and R&G station. Currently it's got AA 50 Limb Fms. So far, it's already proved to be an impressive gun but I feel like I can get more out of it as I'm currently running a shotgun build. As far as the enclave plasma flamer, generally the same as the others, AA, bloodied, vampires, etc. quad is useless. I have a 2* AA/ap regen on kill and it slaughters everything.
