Reforged is a comprehensive overhaul of the game touching essentially every single aspect of it, rather than only focusing on new content to an otherwise unchanged game. Every attack, hitbox, damage value, hyperarmor, status buildup etc. you may think of, has been modified for a newly rebalanced game. If you want a mod that provides more of an overhaul, and a lot of new content, convergence is your mod.
