My lights don't dim out but it won't start even with a jump. It don't click when I try to start it and it has a battery light , red lightning bolt and check engine light on.Trying to reset the WCM It is causing random no start no crank. sometimes it works sometimes it does not. The title to this thread says it is a 1.4 Turbo.check at the park/reverse switch on the tranny, if that is bad, no power is sent to the starter relay, and is most likely the fault, if that checks out you can then chase down your remote starter stuff.
