The last 2 weeks leading up to my COMLEX I scored 480s in 108/109/110. I think you're about fine to score above a 450 on the COMSAE and in a good position to pass the COMLEX.

Compared to the others I took (especially 108), 110 was SPECIFICALLY more heavy on: -Neuro: midbrain lesions, cranial nerve related anatomy, and then a sprinkle of just all neuro. -MSK: this is usually heavy anyway- especially MSK Neuro related inuries in the upper and lower extremities. Helps to know the related nerve roots and cords sometimes ... UW percent at a 51% first pass. But in general, I agree, these comsae questions are much more first order so they tend be a lot easier than UW. If I had to guess I would say it would be very unlikely for them to be over predicting. We should have a batch of scores next week so we’ll know how these comsae’s compare.

I took 108 one week before my actual exam and scored 20 points higher on the real thing. I used that last week to brush up on high yield concepts and to study OMM (which I admittedly didn’t study very hard aside from the chapmans points/viscerosomatics drawings).
