At level 4, they can choose a Veteran Class and, at level 8, they can choose a Destiny Trait. Veteran traits are in the pool of possible traits, but only for the chosen Veteran Class. Without Galactic Paragons: Leaders gain or upgrade a random trait every 2 levels. Veteran trait pools are turned off, as the leaders do not use Veteran Classes.
